Press the windows and P Key
This will bring up the following screen:
Duplicate option:
This will show the same screen as the desktop monitor
Extend option:
This will change the projector screen to an extended desktop as shown below. Typically, you will drag any windows to the right of the screen however sometimes this will be to the left (depending on setup). IT primarily set this to the right.
