Create your Signature


1. Navigate to


Staff Share > School Marketing > CVS Design Templates > Email Signatures > Master Files

Open "Email Signatire Template 2023" by double clicking on it



2. Replace the word "Name" with your name.  Repalce the word "Title" with your title

3. When you are finished click File > Export > Change File Type > JPEG File Interchange Format (*jpg)

4. Save it to:  T:\School Marketing > CVS Design Templates > Email Signatures 


With the same Naming scheme as the others (email-signature-<FirstName-Surname>.jpg)


Add your signature to Outlook


1. Launch the Outlook Client from the start menu (Not web mail)

2. Click New Email at the top left corner of the Home tab.

3. Click Signature from the top panelSelect Signatures from this menu to open the Signatures and Stationery window.

 


4.  Click New in the Signatures window to create a new signature template

 

(If you already have an existing signature, please delete it before proceeding.)

5. Give it a name eg:- Work

6. Click the insert button as highlighted below:


7. Browse to T:\School Marketing\CVS Design Templates\Email Signatures.  Click on the file you created earlier whch should have yout name on it and click Insert:-

You signature will appear in the window.


To make your new email signature appear at the bottom of all new messages, under the Choose default Signature, New message click on the drop down arrow to the right and select the name of the new email signature you just created. Make sure you do the same for the Replies/Forwards drop down as well.

Click OK, bottom right of the window, and your signature will be saved for future use.
