2. Click Admin and choose Change Password

3. Put the student’s username in the Username(s) box, and the required password in the “New Password: and Confirm Password:” boxes. (Adhering to the password complexity rules outlined below)

Password Complexity Rules

  1. Password length needs to be at least 13 characters
  2. Passwords may not contain the user's forename or surname
  3. The password contains characters from three of the following categories:
  • Uppercase letters (A through Z).
  • Lowercase letters (a through z).
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9).
  • Non-alphanumeric characters (special characters):
